Abigail is currently a Participant Experience Coordinator at AP Thrive. Abigail’s primary focus is on facilitating exceptional participant experiences and providing support for individuals undergoing career transitions.
Abigail works to ensure that interactions meet established standards and KPIs. Her goal is to create positive and supportive experiences for participants.
Abigail’s professional journey includes roles such as Administrative Assistant at E3 Advisory, where she gained insights into office efficiency, and as the Office Manager at VitrineMedia Australia NZ, contributing to day-to-day operations and making improvements.

Digital Project Manager

Amanda has over 20 years’ experience working across a variety of industries as the interface between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Amanda joined AP Thrive in 2018 and manages our client projects and participant-facing systems and processes. With a strong customer service acumen, accomplished problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, Amanda strives to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and program participants.
Amanda enjoys working across the complete project lifecycle: from consulting with the client/stakeholders to gather their requirements, to producing specifications and working with developers and testers, to go-live and support.
Amanda’s project experience includes high-rise buildings in the Sydney CBD, moving NSW HSC exam marking online, major system updates to accommodate an overhaul of the Workers Compensation Act in South Australia, introducing Learning Management systems to major retailers and building the My Future online participant portal at AP Thrive.

Client Relationship Manager & Participant Experience Lead

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates (APA) in 2018, Andrea has defined the Participant Experience and created best practice service levels and operations, to meet corporate client SLAs. Andrea works in a close proactive partnership with clients to effectively manage daily operations. Pivotal to this, is being the conduit between Clients, the Participant Experience Team and APA’S Career Coaches. Striving for delivery excellence and a high level of care, Andrea ensures participants are supported within appropriate timeframes. Taking a person-centred approach, Andrea makes sure impacted employees are informed about their options of support, delves deeper into their unique needs and assesses the best coach fit. Andrea carries this tailored and personalised approach through to her 1:1 coaching practice.

Client Support Manager

Ian is a process-orientated Administrator and Data Analyst with broad experience, having worked in the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia. He has had a diverse career, teaching computer science, managing multinational bars and hotel chains, and was part of the leadership team of a global food and facilities management company. Ian has worked with AP Thrive since 2018, developing deep knowledge of the complexities and analysis that go into effectively operating and reporting on client accounts and projects.

Career Coach

Bernie is a qualified, registered Career Development Practitioner. She has spent most of the past decade supporting individuals with career transitions, re-entering the workforce, or assisting migrants to secure a suitable role in Australia. As well as working with AP Thrive participants, she also works in private practice, with people from a variety of professions and stages of their career. Bernie has also worked in several tertiary education providers, currently supporting MBA students with their careers. Bernie has a particular interest in all aspects of the job search, but especially LinkedIn / networking and the career coach / client relationship, topics she has presented on at international conferences.

Career Coach

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates in 2019, Chantäl has demonstrated her capability as a leading executive coach and facilitator, helping individuals to achieve remarkable personal growth and development during the uncertainty and doubt associated with experiencing periods of career transition. Chantal has developed deeply personal and pragmatic relationships with senior executives, listening to their goals and aspirations. She inspires self-directed activity to achieve their targeted career goals. Chantal collaborates to co-develop solutions to obstacles and challenges experienced during the career transition journey so that senior executives develop the skills to not only land on the right next steps in their careers, but can manage their careers proactively after landing the next opportunity. Chantal engages and coaches the most seasoned senior executives and C-suite leaders.

Before joining Directioneering in 2014, Cheryl spent a decade partnering with C-level executives planning their next career moves. When leading the ACT, NSW & VIC offices of a leading national corporate psychology consulting firm, Cheryl advised national organisations on effective and healthy people strategies when planning and executing significant transformation. She now oversees the broader delivery of career transition and redeployment services across all our clients to ensure we meet and exceed the client’s employee experience and employment branding goals. Cheryl has significant experience guiding senior executives to change sectors or embark on a different career direction. Cheryl is instrumental in leading AP Thrive culture of service orientation, flexibility, and excellence.

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates (APA) in 2019, Claire has demonstrated significant adaptability and flexibility in response to ongoing change. This experience provides her with empathy for participants who are facing change associated with their periods of career transition. Claire’s motivation is to be of service to others and this shines through when either influencing ASX200 leaders or guiding a front-line customer service professional to develop a resume. Claire utilises active listening skills, ensuring that each participant she supports knows that they are being heard and that their story is important. Claire’s pragmatic and action-oriented approach ensures that each participant is fully supported to traverse the job search experience with confidence and capability. With a “never say never” attitude, Claire supports her participants to overcome real and perceived obstacles. They are coached to drive their search campaigns to land the right job in the best time possible, covering all bases and not avoiding the challenges along the way, which may otherwise slow down progress.

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates in 2009, Etel has coached thousands of people at all organisational levels, helping them navigate career transition and development. In doing so, she draws on her corporate experience as a results-driven and commercial Human Resources and Change professional with substantial people leadership, business operations and transformation expertise. Etel has a proven record of working with leaders at all levels to improve business results during periods of transformation. Etel creates enduring relationships with participants, who value her compassionate interest in supporting their well-being. This is partnered with a commercial focus on driving individual progress to always achieve their career goals.

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates in 2019, Angela has been an in-demand coach due to her extensive experience and deep knowledge within the Talent Attraction industry and her success as a Career Coach across a range of sectors. Angela has a pragmatic, straightforward approach, complemented by empathy and a commitment to positively impact the people she guides and coaches. Angela has a strong entrepreneurial focus and is a leading group learning facilitator. This enables Angela to engage with a wide range of learning styles as she has a nimble and adaptable style. Before joining the Directioneering Group in 2023, Jaime spent the previous 7 years supporting sales teams, managers and C-level executives. She is also an accomplished trainer with experience in mentoring sales teams and other coordinators that she worked alongside. Jaime has supported and onboarded AP Thrive programs to participants, ensuring a seamless process and providing an exceptional customer experience, as well as assisting in multiple projects.

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates in 2008, Jo has been a “safe pair of hands” to guide participants through the sometimes roller coaster journey of unexpected career transition. Jo’s deep experience as a career coach and her hands on attitude typically see her partnering with participants to co-develop the sharpest on-line, written and verbal self-marketing tools in the shortest time frames. This guarantees that participants can launch their search campaigns as quickly as is necessary, particularly for those with financial pressures. Jo has a practical approach, combined with significant empathy that sees her going above and beyond to add the most value when supporting participants to take control of the uncertainty that can sometime paralyse them when experiencing career transition.

Julie offers over 11 years of career and life coaching knowledge with a background in human resources, recruitment, resume writing, interview coaching, LinkedIn profile development and goal setting. Julie provides professional coaching services that assist individuals to transition with motivation and confidence through career and life phases. Julie has significant experience in supporting clients through career change and as an accredited coach, she gets results and has an inherent passion for unearthing happiness in people. Julie is professional, super friendly and coaches with empathy and self-awareness. She is also a professional member and the current National Secretary of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).

Career Coach

Kate’s business experience and passion for service commenced in her first roles in retail and hospitality. She has worked across Europe and Asia giving her a broad understanding of culture. A natural curiosity resulted in further education in Career Development and more recently a passion for positive psychology and wellbeing. Kate has been working as a career practitioner for the last 10 years assisting others navigate their personal career journey. Daily she hears “I wish I had known about this (service) earlier” and “I didn’t know this support existed and/or “I really needed to talk to someone about this and now I feel so much better”. She assists clients proactively manage their career which is not just about working on finding employment; it’s about learning to engage in life, learning and work in a way that supports wellbeing.

Louise graduated with an economics degree with honours, and commenced a role with BHP as a graduate Industrial Relations Advisor. Mentoring and coaching people to succeed has been a constant theme in Louise’s life, having held Human Resources and other Senior Leadership roles within organisations including BHP Billiton, National Foods and University of Melbourne. More recently she established her own company and has worked with a range of organisations in the health, education, not for profit and corporate sectors. Working with AP Thrive, Louise draws on this experience and knowledge to inspire and assist the people she works with to achieve their own career goals.

Prior to joining AP Thrive in 2024, Kate worked for 9 years in Events Management and Marketing across a range of industries from Legal and corporate, travel and tourism to pharmaceutical/medical devices. As Participant Experience Coordinator, Kate supports and provides a positive experience for participants through their career transition. Kate draws on her experience in events management to provide exceptional customer service to participants.

Since joining Audrey Page & Associates (APA) in 2011, Maree has used her 25 years’ experience of helping Westpac Redeployees, People Leaders, Senior and Group Executives achieve successful career transition outcomes following periods of organisational change. Maree developed a highly regarded and well-respected profile across all levels within Westpac due to her humanity and pragmatic, commercial focus to influence and drive win-win situations, regardless of the complexity associated with many transformation programs. Owing to her positive brand when she left Westpac, Maree was in demand as a career coach within the Australian Career Transition sector. Maree elected to join APA due to aligned values of making a difference in people’s lives and acknowledging that everyone’s journey is different. Maree subsequently took up leadership of APA’s Victorian business. Maree demonstrates coaching, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities. Martin has over three decades of coaching, interim management, recruitment and human resource leadership experience. He has operated at CEO and VP level throughout Australia and Asia for some of the world’s leading talent management organisations and now dedicates his time to consulting and coaching people at all levels. MBA qualified and certified by the International Coaching Federation, Martin brings a practical approach and flexibility to his coaching and support which he is able to adapt to the specific needs of participants. He is well known and well-connected across a wide range of industries in Australia and New Zealand.

In 2020, Nick embarked on a new journey by joining Audrey Page & Associates, where he seamlessly merged his extensive background in HR and talent acquisition with a profound commitment to career outplacement coaching and mental health advocacy. Having transitioned from a distinguished career in HR and Talent Acquisition, Nick brings a unique perspective to coaching, placing emphasis on values-based approaches to resume development and LinkedIn branding. His coaching style is characterised by a focus on showcasing an individual’s value to potential employers and guiding them to present themselves as confident professionals. Rebekah is a qualified Career Counsellor with 15+ years’ experience working as an HR & Recruitment Leader across a diverse range of industries including technology, financial services, government, healthcare and retail. Navigating multiple career changes (she used to be an Optician!) and the ups and downs of raising a young family, Rebekah became a Career Coach to support others to find the work-life balance she values so much. She specialises in helping graduates and early to mid-career professionals to reflect on their values, strengths and interests and find aligned career opportunities that feel exciting, engaging, and purposeful. Rebekah excels at developing personal value propositions and compelling career stories that resonate with recruiters and hiring managers. Drawing from her extensive experience in internal and agency recruitment at all levels, she combines career theory with practical industry insight, offering a comprehensive approach to career planning and job search. Holding a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education & Development from RMIT, Rebekah is a member of the CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia) and a Registered Career Development Practitioner with CICA (Career Industry Council of Australia).

He has been mentoring executives and athletes for over a decade.Born in Leeds, England, to migrated parents from St. Kitts & Nevis in the Caribbean, Ryan left school at 16 to pursue his career as a professional football (soccer) player at Huddersfield Town. Following this he had a career of over 20 years in the corporate sector, primarily in financial services with organisations including HSBC and AMP where he held a range of senior roles.Today, Ryan dedicates his time as a career and lifestyle coach. Whilst coaching to develop essential job search skills, Toni ensures that participants focus attention on development of resilience and wellbeing techniques so that they bolster emotional energy to be at the top of their game, both when in job search, and when they start their new roles.Toni’s style is practical and commercial with the aim of supporting participants to reach their professional potential and achieve their career plans.

Tracey has international experience in this field from working for over 15 years in multinational technology companies. She has been directly involved in career coaching, transition and development, talent acquisition and executive search. Change and transition form part of her own story having lived and worked in France for nearly 20 years. She uses a thorough and insightful approach when working alongside clients in periods of change and transition and continues to be energised by meeting new people and assisting them to reach their true career potential. She holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS (University of Technology), Sydney and has studied in both Canada and France as part of this degree. In addition, she is a member of the CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia) and is currently expanding her horizons through a Graduate Diploma in Career Development and Education at RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), Australia.
